These terms apply to your use of the Vending Classes website, member portal, and products ("Vending Classes," "we," "us"). By creating an account or buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What you are buying
Access to educational materials, tools, and templates described on this site, for your own personal or business learning. It does not include vending equipment, a vending location or placement, consulting, financing approval, contract awards, or guaranteed earnings. See the earnings and educational disclaimer.
Price and payment
The Vending Business Blueprint is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number. Taxes, if any, are shown or collected as required.
Access
Your purchase gives you access for as long as the course is offered. We may update, reorganize, or improve the content. If we ever stop offering the course, we will notify account holders by email. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Access is for you only. Do not share your login, resell access, or give the content to others. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
Content and licensing
We own the course content, tools, and templates, or have permission to use them. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning and business. You may edit the templates for your own business. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or teach the course or templates as your own.
Your data in the tools
Scenarios, evaluations, plans, and notes you save remain yours. Do not enter personal information about customers, students, or other individuals. Our privacy policy explains how data is handled.
No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or investment advice. Laws, permits, food safety rules, school requirements, and contract terms vary by location. Have qualified professionals review contracts, filings, and financial decisions before you act.
No guarantees
We make no promise of income, profit, locations, contract awards, or results. The calculators produce estimates from the numbers you enter. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including location, costs, inventory, operations, competition, and market conditions.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access content you have not purchased, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The site and materials are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business losses arising from your use of the materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
