Refund policy

The Vending Business Blueprint is a digital product. Access to the lessons, tools, and downloadable templates begins as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because of this, all sales are final once access is granted, and we do not offer refunds after purchase, except where the law in your location requires otherwise.

Look before you buy

We want you to be sure before you pay. You can read the free preview lesson, try the calculators and location evaluator, download the free location checklist, and review the full outline on the What's Inside page before purchasing.

Billing errors

If you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge, or you paid but did not receive access, email support@vendingclass.com from the address on your account and we will correct it.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer so we can help. If a payment is refunded or reversed, access to the purchased product ends.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
