• ☐ Decision maker. I know who approves vending and how.
• ☐ Real buyers. I know who can buy, when, and about how often, not just how many people are present.
• ☐ Dwell time. People stay near the spot long enough to notice and buy.
• ☐ Alternatives. I have listed what else is nearby and what it costs.
• ☐ Product fit. I know what buyers want and any product rules for the site.
• ☐ Host terms. I understand any fee or commission, term, and how either side can end the arrangement.
• ☐ Access. I know delivery hours, parking, and the path to the spot.
• ☐ Power and signal. There is a usable outlet and reliable internet or cellular signal.
• ☐ Security. I know who is responsible for damage or theft.
• ☐ Written approval. Permission and terms are in writing before any equipment is placed.
